/Did you know that there was an international standard for Safety Management Systems?
Fresh from the Final Draft Stage (FDIS), ISO 45001 has been approved and is expected to be published in March 2018.
This standard is, "intended for use by any organization, regardless of its size or the nature of its work, and can be integrated into other health and safety programs". Management standards like ISO 45001, ANZI Z10, and OHSAS 18001 can greatly assist organizations in improving safety performance and improving operations.
